Commercial services are available but mowing, spraying, general landscaping and holiday lighting require an annual contract. Hardscaping and patio structure builds do not require an annual contract but may require a standard one-time payment contract. Please contact us today for a quick bid.

If you’re looking to win your neighborhood yard of the month award or just want a one-time spray to help control the spring weeds Casey Joe can help with your weed problems. Our dedicated weed control and fertilization team is there to help you in every season. Our full program is 6 applications per year and full program customers earn a 10% discount. We also offer an economy spray package with spring and fall pre-emergent applications and a summer post-emergent.
This is where we got our start. Before there was Casey Joe’s, we were already installing lights. C9’s across rooftops, color changing LEDs, yard displays, synchronized lights, we love it all! No install or job is too small (or too big) for the big guy himself! (Don’t get too excited, we’re talking about Casey Joe, not Santa!) Christmas is when the babies and grandbabies come flocking home to see Mimi and Papa’s lights and we would love to be a part of your holiday tradition.

Flowerbeds – Build the hardscapes of your dreams. Set yourself apart from the neighbors with stone edging or custom built beds. We can incorporate your existing plants or start from scratch.
Pergolas- Custom pergolas built to suit the needs of the property. At Casey Joe’s we will help with the design as well as directing you on the best placement regarding drainage and lighting.
Retaining walls, French drains, leveling, sod, pathways and planting also available.
Looking to spruce up an existing bed or change your flowerbed to where it doesn’t match every other bed in your edition? Let our expert design team plant new perennials and shrubs or replace your seasonal annual color! Is your flower bed out of control? We will trim back (or pull) unwanted growth, lay a weed guard and replace the mulch to bring your bed back to life.
Limbs or leaves got you down? Let us get them up! Our dedicated team will come clean up your limbs and fallen debris to have your yard in perfect shape. Tree trimming is available on limbs under 15 feet.

We can help make sure your irrigation is working correctly and the settings are correct for the season. We do not install sprinklers at this time, but we can handle basic repairs and replacement as well as getting you going and shut down each year.
We take all of the services you plan to use for a calendar year and add them together. We then divide that total by 12 months giving you a predictable monthly bill. For example, an average Bermuda yard gets mowed 24 times per year on the weekly package. If your yard is $50 per mow the total for the year would be $1200 or $100 per month. If we only mowed 22 times your last monthly bill would be discounted by 2 mows. If we mowed 25 or more there would be an increase instead.
No, there is not a contract. We are keeping a running total for both payments and services, if you need to cancel at any time for any reason we will just total your services and payments for the year and issue you a refund or final invoice.
Any regularly offered service can be included in a monthly package. If there is a service you would like us to provide on an ongoing basis, just let us know and we'll see if we can add it. We cannot include installations or one time services in the Total Lawn Care packages.
Total Lawn Care programs are based on your average number of annual services and require payment 12 months a year. If you only have mowing or weed control in your TLC package there will be months that you do not see us, but the average monthly payment is still due.
